That’s right, a new open source application aims to do something like what BlueStacks will offer us. This nascent application named iPadian will be aimed at running applications for iPad from the Windows desktop. Free download iPadian iOS 12 from here.
IPadian proved to be responsive and easy-to-use when run from Mac OS X 10.6.8 but constantly crashed and failed to launch any of the pre-installed apps when launched from an Mac running OS X 10.9.2. On top of that, iPadian is no longer maintained and, as a result, you will end up with a lot of dead web apps. Using iPadian you can run only apps which were designed especially for iPadian simulator (+1000 Apps and Games) including Facebook, Spotify, Tiktok, Whatsapp, Crossy road, Instagram and more.
How to use iPadian?
Until now it is known that this application will not need a typical installation, rather it will make use of third-party resources such as Adobe AIR. So, if you have this Adobe platform, iPadian will be able to read those applications for iPad that we wanted in tango in Windows.

Our Opinion on iPadian
iPadian is an interesting application for those who want to know a little about the features offered by the iPad. It has a well-organized interface, very attractive and can be executed in full screen. It is the features that promote an uncomplicated and pleasant interaction.
Simple and practical, the program is easy to use and requires no change or configuration. To run, iPadian needs the machine to have already Adobe Air installed. In it, you can find a huge variety of application and game options that are commonly found on the iPad.
An interesting experience within the possibilities
Browsing the browser offered is very slow, compromising the user experience. Also, not all related services have worked properly – applications. It should show the weather and student information appear to be broken links.
Even the calculator function does not perform correctly. Because some characters are not visible on the screen due to the color and illumination used. Also, many times the software refuses to be closed. As much as the icon that terminates the application fires, only an error message is displayed, leaving the program open on your computer.

Interesting? Yes, but there are major problems with attempting something like this. The program can't include the Apple App store, of course, for copyright reasons. So you're restricted to iPadian's own custom app store, instead, and while there's plenty to explore here, it's still quite limited: choose the Games category, say, and you'll find only 8 apps on offer.
There are also some major interface issues. The iPad is designed for touch, so using anything similar on a desktop, with just a mouse and keyboard, is never going to be ideal. You can still find your way around by clicking on buttons, but it all feels a little clunky, and the program doesn't allow you to use the mouse to simulate swipes (although spinning the mouse wheel will scroll occasionally).

Still, it looks great, and iPadian does provide a very complete environment: a browser, email client, social networking apps, music, videos, photos and more, with plenty of free apps to explore.
And, surprisingly, it's portable, so there's no hassles with installation (as long as your system is already equipped with Adobe AIR, anyway) - just unzip the download file, run iPadian.exe and take a closer look.

Verdict:
IPadian looks great, and works, too - you really can get some of the feel of an iPad on a Windows desktop. There are many issues, though: the system doesn't always work as you expect, and replacing touch with a mouse and keyboard makes for a clunky interface. Take a look, but don't expect too much.
